What is Stazon?
Stazon is where running communities live. It helps runners discover local runs, RSVP with their crew, and celebrate together after the miles — the community side of running that pace-and-distance apps leave out. For run clubs, it's a home for events, RSVPs, chat, photos, and shared memories.
Why choose Stazon over traditional running clubs or fitness apps?
Stazon fills the space between running clubs and fitness apps — it's not here to replace either. Run clubs create real-world community; fitness apps track individual activity. Stazon adds the missing layer in between: who's running, where the group is meeting, the photos from the day, and how the run lives on afterwards.
Does Stazon track my runs?
No — Stazon isn't a GPS tracker, and it doesn't try to be. It doesn't record your pace, distance, or route. Stazon is the community layer around your runs: finding them, showing up, and celebrating them together afterwards.

Getting Started
How do I download and set up Stazon?
Stazon is available now on the App Store and Google Play. Download the app, create your profile, set your location or nearby running area, and start discovering local runs and communities.
Is Stazon free to use?
Yes — Stazon is free to download and use for the core community experience: discovering runs, RSVPing, connecting with your crew, and keeping post-run memories.
Where is Stazon available?
Stazon is available to download wherever the App Store and Google Play operate, and any running club — in any city or country — can start its community on Stazon. Our earliest and most active communities are in Hong Kong, with new clubs joining from other cities too.
How do I find local running clubs and events?
Open Stazon and explore the runs and clubs near you. Browse upcoming events, check the details — time, meeting point, pace, distance — and RSVP to any run that fits.
Can I organise runs or bring my club to Stazon?
Yes. If you run or help organise a running community, Stazon is currently onboarding a small group of clubs through its early club programme — with hands-on help to set up your community, publish your first runs, and invite your crew. Email hello@stazon.cc with the subject line "Early Club Onboarding".
Community & Social Features
Can I chat with my running group on Stazon?
Yes. Each community has a chatroom where members can talk before and after runs — sorting out meeting points, sharing how the run went, and keeping the energy going between events.
Does Stazon create photos or videos from our runs?
Yes. Every Stazon event has a shared photo album, and when an event has photos, Stazon automatically turns them into a Memory Book — a highlight reel of the run made with zero editing. You can save it to your camera roll or share it to Instagram Stories.
How do RSVPs work?
Found a run you want to join? Tap RSVP. It keeps the plan on your radar and shows the organiser who's coming — and depending on the event, you'll see details like meeting point, time, and route notes.
Can I invite non-Stazon friends to events?
Yes — share an event to invite friends to discover it and download Stazon. The best experience comes when your crew is in the app too, so they can RSVP, get the details, and be part of the post-run photos and Memory Book.
What happens if I need to cancel my RSVP?
Plans change — just cancel your RSVP from the event page so the organiser has an accurate headcount.
Privacy & Safety
How does Stazon protect my privacy?
Stazon gives you control over your account and what you share. Some details — your profile, RSVPs, and photos you add — may be visible to others depending on the event and your settings. For the full picture, see Stazon's Privacy Policy, and for any privacy question, email hello@stazon.cc.
Who can see the photos and Memory Book from an event?
Event photos and Memory Books are shared within the event — the people who were part of that run can view and save them. Stazon doesn't post them publicly. If you'd prefer a photo of you wasn't included, contact the event organiser.
How do I report inappropriate content or behaviour?
If you see content, comments, or activity that feels inappropriate or unsafe, report it in the app or email hello@stazon.cc. Stazon is built for respectful running communities.
Technical Support
What devices are supported?
Stazon runs on iOS and Android — download it from the App Store or Google Play. For current version requirements, check the store listing for your device.
I'm experiencing technical issues. What should I do?
If something isn't working, first update to the latest version of Stazon. Then try closing and reopening the app, checking your connection, or restarting your device. Still stuck? Email hello@stazon.cc with your device, OS, app version, and a short description or screenshot.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion in the app or by emailing hello@stazon.cc from the address linked to your account. Once your account is deleted, your profile and associated data are removed in line with Stazon's Privacy Policy.
